Daycare Contract Agreement

I understand that I am solely responsible for any harm, injury, or damage caused by my dog(s) while they are attending Manilow's Canine Playground Doggie Daycare.

I further understand that the owner, employees, and volunteers at Manilow's Canine Playground Doggie Daycare will not be liable for any problems which may occur and I hereby release them of any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from my dog (s) attendance and participation at Manilow's Canine Playground, Doggie Daycare.

I further state that I am the legal owner of said dog and that said dog has not been exposed to rabies, distemper, kennel cough, or any other known contagious diseases within the last thirty days. I also attest that said dog is free of worms, heartworm, and fleas.

If my dog(s) become sick or injured, in the event of an emergency I authorize the staff at Manilow's Canine Playground Doggie Daycare to contact my veterinarian or an emergency veterinarian if the circumstances are deemed necessary for immediate treatment. The staff of Manilow's Canine Playground Doggie Daycare retain sole discretion in emergency matters, without liability, and the owner of the dog agrees to promptly pay for all medical treatments received.

I hereby agree to the terms of this contract and that it is in effect starting on the date below and shall remain in effect for as long as said dog attends Manilow's Canine Playground Doggie Daycare.

General Information & Policies

The purpose of Manilow's Canine Playground is to provide a safe, fun, social environment for your dog to play in while you are busy at work or at home. To ensure the safety and health of your pet and our other guests, we require all guests to comply with the following rules and regulations. Our daily routines will include that your dog will spend as much time outside in play groups that are determined by their size, personalities, energy levels to ensure safety at all times. If weather is really bad we will have play groups inside instead. Your dog will probably be very tired the first few times he/she attends daycare until they get use to their increased activities.

  1. All dogs age 6 months or older must be spayed or neutered.
  2. All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations and submit written proof of Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella.
  3. All dogs must be in good health and free from any condition that could potentially jeopardize the rest of the dogs well being. If your dog shows any signs that may be contagious such as coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, internal parasites or fleas please do not bring them to daycare.
  4. All dogs must be friendly and non-aggressive toward any person or any other dog(s). Please remember your pet will be spending time with other pets and the safety and health of all animals are our biggest concern.
  5. Hours are Monday - Friday 6:45a.m. to 6:30p.m.
  6. Reservations are required and if you must cancel a reservation please give us 24 hours notice or it will be necessary to charge you for a full days rate.
  7. A late fee will be charged for dogs left after 6:30p.m. If you are more than 15 minutes late picking up your dog you will be charged a late fee of $10.00 for every 15 minutes you are late.
  8. Please have your dogs arrive for dropping off between 6:45am and 10:30am.
  9. Please make sure that your dogs are on leash at all times when coming and going to our daycare.
  10. Please label any dog food that you bring in for us to feed your dogs during the day.
  11. To help us maintain an environement free from fleas and ticks we ask that you use some kind of flea & tick product to prevent them from being on your pets.

Daycare Fees
Daily rate is $25.00 per day.
You may also purchase package plans
that are valid for 3 months from date
of purchase.
5 Day pass $120/$24 per day
10 Day pass $230/$23 per day
